Supervision that
challenges how you
actually think.

Most supervision keeps you safe. This is for clinicians who want to get better — at reading what's actually happening in the room, not just documenting it correctly.

The honest framing
"Most clinicians know something is missing. They just haven't found a supervisor willing to name it."

Reflective supervision should do more than review cases and check compliance boxes. It should change how you see — your clients, your interventions, and your own patterns in the room.

My supervision is direct, clinically rigorous, and built around the specific gaps in your practice — not a generic framework applied uniformly to everyone in the group. If you're looking for validation, this probably isn't the right fit. If you're looking to get genuinely better, it might be exactly right.

Supervision formats

Available individually and in small groups online. All supervision is reflective in orientation — meaning we're examining your process, your reasoning, and your presence in the work, not just the client's diagnosis.

Format 01
Individual Supervision
One-on-one, 50 minutes, biweekly or monthly. Deep dive into your active cases, your clinical reasoning, and the patterns in your practice that are limiting your effectiveness.
Format 02
Group Supervision
Small cohorts of 4–6 clinicians meeting online monthly. Case presentations, peer consultation, and supervised clinical discussion. Waiting list available for the next cohort.
Format 03
Case Consultation
Single-session consultation on a specific complex case — trauma presentations, eating disorders, dissociation, forensic contexts. No ongoing commitment required.
Format 04
Practice Intensive
A focused 3-session engagement examining a specific area of your practice — trauma interventions, documentation systems, clinical hypnotherapy integration, or another defined focus.
Format 05
Agency & Team Supervision
Group supervision contracts for agencies, practices, and clinical teams. Monthly or quarterly cadence. Tailored to the specific population and clinical context your team serves.
Format 06
Independent Contractor Support
For clinicians building independent practices — clinical supervision combined with practical guidance on documentation, ethics, scope of practice, and practice structure.

What makes this different from standard supervision.

My supervision is grounded in psychodynamic and trauma-informed frameworks — but it's not ideologically rigid. The question I'm always asking is: what's actually happening in this clinical relationship, and is your current approach moving toward that or away from it?

I work with clinicians across modalities — CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic, EMDR, hypnotherapy — and I'm not trying to convert anyone to a different approach. I'm trying to make your approach more precise.

Supervisees consistently report that the biggest shift is in how they listen — not just to their clients, but to themselves in the room.

"The goal isn't to tell you what to do with your clients. It's to help you see more clearly — so you already know."

Experienced clinical trainer and group facilitator

Clinicians who want more than compliance — they want to get genuinely better.

Early Career Clinicians
Building a strong clinical foundation before patterns calcify. Learning to see clearly from the start rather than unlearning bad habits later.
Experienced Practitioners
Clinicians who've plateaued — technically competent but aware that something in their practice isn't producing the results their clients need.
Independent Contractors
Solo practitioners who don't have the built-in supervision structure of an agency — and need rigorous clinical oversight as they build their practice.
Clinical Teams
Agencies and group practices seeking external supervision that challenges their team's thinking rather than simply confirming their existing approach.
